Orchid Cruise Day 1: Hanoi to Lan Ha Bay
09h10: Pick-up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter then transfer to Hai Phong via the new highway.
11h30: Arrive at Got Ferry Terminal, welcome and have tea break at Orchid Cruises’ Lounge.
12h15: The tender takes you to Orchid Cruise Lan Ha Bay.
12h30: Welcome guest on board: welcome drink, cruise facilities and trip briefing, safety instructions, and check-in while the vessel sailing to Lan Ha Bay.
13h00-14h00: Orchid Cruise is passing by Da Chong islet where is located the old French built lighthouse, Con Vit (the Duck shape) islet and the area of limestone karst formations rising up from the sea. Lunch is served before arriving at Gia Luan area of Cat Ba Island.
14h15: The cruise stops at Gia Luan Pier from where the bus takes you to Cat Ba National Park. Enjoy the hiking tour through Kim Giao forest to Trung Trang Cave for visiting. Then back to Orchid Cruise.
17h00: Stop at Tra Bau Area for swimming.
17h45: Back to the cruise, contemplate the sunset on the bay and participate to the cooking class on board. The bar is open for Happy Hour (buy one get two).
19h30: Enjoy the delightful meal of the dinner in the candlelight.
21h30: Relaxing time for you to watch a movie in the restaurant, join to the cruise team night squid fishing, lying on the sundeck or on your room.
The cruise is anchored at Tra Bau Area for overnight.
Orchid Cruise Day 2: Lan Ha Bay back to Hanoi
06h15: Recommendation for early wake-up to join to Orchid Cruise daily Tai Chi session on the sundeck. After that the light breakfast is served while the vessel continues cruising to Frog Lake.
07h45: Time for you to paddle kayak at Frog Lake to explore the natural seascapes of Lan Ha Bay.
09h30: Return to Orchid Cruise and check out.
10h00: Enjoy the brunch followed by the tea ceremony. You will learn about Vietnamese culture of tea drinking.
11h30: Disembark then take the tender back to Got Pier. Return to Hanoi by car.
14h00: Arrive in Hanoi and drop-off at your hotel.
