DAY 1: HANOI – HAI PHONG – HA LONG BAY –LAN HA BAY

9h15: The van picks you up and transfers to Got Ferry Terminal, Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City via the new highway.

11h30: Travel on the longest bridge in Southeast Asia named Dinh Vu – Cat Hai and be greeted at Heritage Lounge before boarding.

12h15: Board the Heritage Cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions. Then check in to your room. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant.

12h40: The cruise vessel arrives at Da Chong islet, where you see the 100 years old lighthouse built by the French. After lunch, continue to Gia Luan Lagoon of the quiet bay where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea.

15h00: Cruise to the Ba Trai Dao or Three Peaches beach in Lan Ha Bay, a natural frontier between the provinces of Quang Ninh and Hai Phong. Time for kayaking or simply swim in the clear waters of the bay.

17h30: Back to the cruise. Time to relax on the sundeck; admire sunset or join the afternoon tea, wine tasting, Vietnamese cookery class.

19h30: Dinner at the restaurant, with local food in romantic setting.

Evening: The bar on the top deck is opened. Also other activities are available: hand squid fishing, watching movie in the restaurant.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – BAI TU LONG BAY

6h00: Practice the daily Vovinam session on the sundeck, followed by coffee, tea and pastries.

8h30: Take the visit to Viet Hai Village by speedboat. Time for the biking tour through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a rice-field vista. Visit a traditional house in a village deep in a national park. Discover the lifestyle of the local people and enjoy lunch on the village. Back to the speedboat to visit Bai Tu Long Bay.

13h30: During the trip to Bai Tu Long Bay, you have time for bamboo boating, kayaking or swimming at Ba Ham Lake, enclosed by vertical cliffs (if the weather permits).

16h00: Back to Heritage Cruises and join the cooking class. Watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoy drinks as the sky changes color.

19h30: The dinner is served at restaurant.

Evening: The bar on the top deck is opened. Also other activities are available: hand squid fishing, watching movie in the restaurant.

DAY 3: DAY TOUR TO CAI BA ISLAND, LAN HA BAY AND FLOATING VILLAGES

10h00: After a brunch on board, take the speedboat to the Gia Luan Pier at Cat Ba Island for the day tour to explore this largest island in the Gulf of Tonkin.

10h30: Pick up at the pier and drive to Cat Ba National Park to visit Trung Trang Cave and Quan Y Cave located in the rainforest.

11h30: Continue traveling to the center of Cat Ba Island; visit the local market and the fisheries factory. And then climb up to the Cannon Fort to enjoy the panoramic view over Lan Ha Bay.

13h00: Time for lunch at local restaurant.

14h00-16h00: Transfer to Beo Pier to take the speedboat to Cai Beo floating village for visiting and exploring the beauty of Lan Ha Bay. After that, swimming at less touristy beaches.

16h00: Back to Heritage Cruise, time to experience the cruise facilities such as swimming pool, bar, spa or just to relax in your room till 19h00.

19h00: Appointment at Le Tonkin Restaurant for the dinner.

21h30: Spend your time at the top-deck bar, try your lucky at squid fishing or watch a movie under the stars. The bars are open late.

DAY 4: HA LONG BAY – HANOI

6h00: Session of Vovinam (the Vietnamese martial art) on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast. And then explore the Dark and Bright Cave by bamboo boats.

9h30: Return to the cruise for checkout.

10h00: The brunch is served while cruising back to harbour.

11h35: Return to Got Harbour and departure to Hanoi.

14h00: Arrival in Hanoi and drop-off at your hotel.
