07:45 – 08:30 | Guests booking the Limousine or shuttle bus service will be picked up from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long Bay.

11:30 – 12:00 | Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina (No.12), guests will be welcomed by our friendly cruise staff in the waiting lounge. The check-in procedure will be completed before boarding.

12:00 | Step aboard the Hera Classic Boutique Cruise, where our crew greets you with a refreshing drink and cold towel. As the cruise departs from Tuan Chau Marina, you’ll embark on an exciting voyage through the stunning limestone formations of Ha Long Bay.
